The Eddie Eagle GunSafe® Program teaches children in pre-K through third grade four important steps to take if they find a handgun. These steps are presented by the program's mascot, Eddie Eagle®, in an easy-to-remember format consisting of the following simple rules:

If you see a handgun:

  • STOP!
  • Don't Touch.
  • Leave the Area.
  • Tell an Adult

If you are the adult that a child tells, what would you do? How would you protect the child and secure the handgun? Would you be able to unload the handgun?

This handgun class for women is designed to:

  1. Remove the fear of handling handguns.
  2. Recognize how to properly neutralize a handgun – unload the handgun.
  3. Learn varies methods to safely store a handgun.
  4. Become knowledgeable in safely handling of a handgun.
  5. Understand basic handgun shooting.
  6. Be aware of ethical and legal consequences in owning and/or using a handgun

This introductory class is offered for the ridiculous price of $35 per person.
